What We Believe

"What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us." - A.W. Tozer

Mission

As a local church, under God's direction,  we will create an environment where a body of believers can stir their FAITH in God, establish a FAMILY in God and pursue a FUTURE in God. We are a spirit filled congregation that is multi-cultural, multi-racial and multi-generational in membership and leadership.

Motto

FAITH
FAMILY
FUTURE

Core Beliefs

We Believe that Jesus Christ gave His life as an expression of His love for all of us. He took the place of sinful man on the cross. His resurrection affirmed Him to be the Son of God triumphant over the scourge of death. New life in Christ is offered to all who will repent, believe and receive. The Bible says, “If any man is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things are passed away, behold all things are become new.” As a believer in Christ, your sins are forgiven. You can celebrate the Lordship of Jesus Christ, completely rejoice in eternal life and wholeheartedly follow the Lord.

We believe that a strong family makes for a strong church and a strong church makes for a strong community. Our desire is to strengthen and foster Godly relationships in a personal way through our Home Life Groups. Our desire is to build a strong, vibrant corporate body of Bible believers comprised of many healthy Life Groups. We serve as a place of assembly where God’s people can learn to lay down their lives in service to others, that they may stand firm in all that is the will of God. Our desire is to support through work, faith, prayer, and financial giving all of the ministries which God has allowed us to plan there, and in other nations. We are local church people aspiring to build covenant relationships based on sacrificial love.

The Unity of One, True Living God

Revealed in the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. The persons of the Eternal godhead are distinguishable but indivisible.

The Eternal Deity of Our Lord Jesus Christ

His conception by the Holy Spirit, His virgin birth, salvation by faith through His shed blood, His bearing our sickness and afflictions, and in His bodily resurrection.

God Created Man in His own image

In a state of innocence, as recorded in Genesis through temptation he willfully transgressed and became dead in trespasses and sins, thus his posterity inherits a corrupt nature, being born in sin and under condemnation as recorded in the book of Romans.

The Lord Jesus Christ Died For Our Sins

According to the Scripture, the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins as a representative and substitutionional sacrifice; that He arose from the dead in His glorified body, ascended into heaven as our great High Priest and Advocate, He ever lives to make intercession for us; that all who believe on His name are justified on the ground of the grace of God and given eternal life.

One True Church

The mystical Body and Bride of the Lord Jesus, composed of believers from Pentecost to the Second Coming of Christ, into which the Holy Spirit places believers.

The Local Church

The local church is an organism composed of practicing believers in the Lord Jesus divinely instituted for fellowship, worship, training, service, and evangelism.

Baptism by Immersion

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit

As an experience subsequent to salvation with the scriptural evidence of speaking in other tongues, and the moving and working of the Holy Spirit in the lives of men in these last days particularly in the operation of the gifts of the spirit as enumerated in I Corinthians 12-14.

The Spirit-Filled Life

A life of separation from the secular sinfulness, and perfecting of holiness in the fear of God as an expression of Christian faith.

The Personal Return of Jesus Christ to the Earth

In the establishment of His Kingdom on earth.
